AKOMA’s vocal and spoken word ministry is rooted in the African American sacred song and oral traditions. In addition to providing educational, advisory, and scholarship assistance to deserving college-bound young African American women, we are also dedicated to bringing faith to all by ministering to the heart and soul of all who listen and sharing the love of God through our service and song.
